About this scholarship
The Compass Year Scholarship awards one thousand dollars per year to incoming full-time undergraduate women who enter Mount Mary University undecided about their major and participate in the Compass Year exploration program. Compass Year provides specialized coaching, workshops, and courses that help students choose a major while staying on track toward graduation. First-year participants complete major-and-career exploration activities during a pre-fall jumpstart week and ongoing advising throughout the year. The scholarship is available to students who have not declared a major at entry and remain active in Compass Year programming during their first year on campus.
