About this scholarship
The Community College Scholarship at SVSU supports new undergraduate transfer students enrolling full time with at least twenty-four transfer credits and a minimum 3.0 GPA earned at a community college. It is one of several donor-funded transfer awards available through the SVSU Scholarships Portal after admission. Students complete the online donor-funded scholarship application opening November 1 to be matched with eligible programs. Awards recognize academic achievement at the prior institution and commitment to completing a bachelor's degree at Saginaw Valley State University.
