About this scholarship
For citizens, refugees, or British Protected Persons from eligible low- and middle-income Commonwealth countries who are permanently resident there, need financial support for full-time taught master's study in the UK, and hold (or will hold by the UK academic year start) a first degree of at least upper second-class (2:1) honours, or a lower second-class degree plus a relevant postgraduate qualification. Scholars commit to returning home after the award.
Funding varies and typically covers approved airfare, full tuition, a living stipend, and related study support for a one-year taught master's (MBA programs are not funded). Apply through CSC Central and a national nominating agency or approved NGO nominator; the CSC does not accept direct applications. Supporting documents include proof of citizenship or refugee status, full transcripts, and at least two references.
