Mountain Scholars mentoring program serving first-generation students connected to the Steamboat Springs campus who begin at Colorado Mountain College for at least one year. The program pairs scholars with community mentors and CMC staff for academic coaching, financial navigation, and transfer planning in addition to scholarship support. Participants must meet with mentors monthly, share goal updates, maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA, and remain enrolled at CMC or a transfer college.
