About this scholarship

Open to outstanding UBC Vancouver students who hold French citizenship and are enrolled in the Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs program in the Resources, Energy, and Sustainability stream.

Ordinarily each scholarship is valued at $39,742 through the Climate Adaptation, Resilience and Empowerment (CARE) Program, endowed by Fondation David R. Graham.

No separate student application. Awards are made on the recommendation of the School of Public Policy and Global Affairs, in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

The CARE Program supports the next generation of climate-conscious global leaders who have the knowledge, skills, and experience to generate hands-on solutions to address the climate crisis.
