About this scholarship
Need- and merit-based institutional scholarship for new CIAT students who meet at least one priority criterion: educationally and economically disadvantaged applicants historically underrepresented in higher education, single parents with demonstrated financial need, or persons with a verified disability and financial need. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens, submit an official high school transcript, complete the FAFSA, provide IRS income verification within published household limits, and submit a 500-word personal statement via CIAT's online scholarship form. Associate and certificate programs with at least eight courses qualify for up to $2,500; shorter programs may receive up to $1,250.
