College sophomores and juniors majoring in metallurgical, materials, mechanical, chemical, computer, electrical, or industrial engineering at an accredited four-year college or university may apply for the Charles W. Finkl Scholarship. Students need a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above and citizenship in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
The award is $2,000 for the junior year, with an additional $2,000 for the senior year if the student remains eligible. Apply through the Forging Foundation scholarship portal.
