About this scholarship
Charles J. Turck Presidential Honor Scholarships are non-need-based merit awards for admitted international students at Macalester College. These scholarships have been awarded to international students admitted to begin study since the 2014–2015 academic year. Recipients are selected at the time of admission from the admission application without a separate scholarship form. Award amounts are determined at admission and remain fixed for up to eight full-time semesters. Macalester does not grant additional non-need-based scholarships after the initial admission award, and no minimum GPA is required to renew the scholarship.
