About this scholarship
The Charles and Judith Freyer Fellowship is a named full-tuition scholarship for an admitted cello student at Curtis Institute of Music. All Curtis students receive full-tuition merit scholarships funded through the school's Fellowship Program of annual and endowed gifts from supporters including the Freyer family. Students are selected through Curtis's highly competitive admission auditions with no regard to ability to pay tuition. The fellowship covers educational expenses for each year of enrollment and allows donors to follow the artistic development of their sponsored fellow through Curtis communications and performances.
