Canadian citizens or permanent residents who are Status or Non-Status First Nation, Inuit, or Métis, identify as women, and are pursuing post-secondary education full-time or part-time may apply through Indspire's Building Brighter Futures program.
CDIC funds ten bursaries in total; five are directed to Indigenous students in fields related to CDIC's work, including economics and finance, administration and operations, and information technology and cyber security. Award amounts vary. Application deadlines fall on February 1, August 1, and November 1. Apply via Indspire.
