Open to a graduating First Nations, Inuit, or Métis student of Canada in the Peter A. Allard School of Law with high academic standing. Community involvement and the ability to serve, work with, and lead both Indigenous and non-Indigenous Canadians are considered.
The award is $2,000, endowed in memory of Carole T. Corcoran (LL.B. 1990).
