Five scholarships totalling $7,000, worth $1,400 each, are available: two in Engineering Physics, two in Electrical Engineering, and one in Education.
No separate student application. Awards are made on the recommendation of the Departments of Engineering Physics, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Education.
The scholarships were endowed by Captain Chao Yu Wu and his wife, Chiu Hui Wu, M.Sc., Ph.D., from the proceeds of a retirement allowance after Captain Wu's 17 years of service at B.C. Hydro.
