Canucks for Kids Fund Award in Athletics

UBC Vancouver varsity student athletes in their first year of eligibility, on any varsity team, are eligible for this award. Awards totalling $10,000 annually, ranging from a minimum of $500 each up to the maximum allowable under athletic association regulations, are made available through a gift from the Canucks for Kids Fund. Preference is given to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Commerce program.

There is no separate application. The awards are made on the recommendation of the Athletics Awards Committee.

The Canucks for Kids Fund supports charities focused on children's health and wellness, education, social impact programs and grassroots hockey, and has granted over $100 million to organizations across BC.
