Canadian citizens or permanent residents enrolled in, applying to, or planning full-time admission to an eligible thesis-based master's program may apply for the Tri-Agency Canada Graduate Research Scholarship - Master's (CGRS-M). As of December 31 of the competition year, applicants must have completed between 0 and 12 months of full-time study in the graduate program. Indigenous and Black student researchers may be considered for supplemental awards.
The award is $27,000 for one year and is not renewable. Applications are reviewed through Dalhousie and submitted via the Government of Canada Research Portal.
