Fourth-year undergraduates in Toronto Metropolitan University's Department of Mathematics (full- or part-time) with clear academic standing, a CGPA of 3.0 or higher at the end of third year, and outstanding contribution to athletic and/or student life (varsity sports, course unions, clubs, or organizations) may receive the C. Roy Horney Award.
