Nonresident undergraduates from WUE member states and territories who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents and are admitted to Boise State in an eligible major may receive the Western Undergraduate Exchange Scholarship. Applicants need at least a 3.5 high school GPA (higher for some programs such as Nursing). The award covers 150% of resident tuition (about $16,339 in annual savings) and is not a cash award.
