About this scholarship
For domestic First Nations, Inuit, or Métis undergraduate students entering UBC Vancouver directly from secondary school or transferring from another post-secondary institution who demonstrate financial need and academic merit.
Renewable entrance awards are funded through a UBC endowment for the Blue and Gold Centennial Indigenous Scholars program. Subject to continued academic standing, awards renew for up to three additional years or until the first undergraduate degree is completed.
Selection also weighs leadership, community service, and extracurricular achievement. Awards are made on the recommendation of the Centennial Scholars Entrance Award Committee. Apply through the UBC Entrance Award application.
