Black Student Excellence Doctoral Entrance Award

Black Canadian citizens or permanent residents entering a Concordia PhD program who are nominated for a Concordia University Doctoral Graduate Fellowship within their faculty's quota. Recipients must maintain full-time standing and register with the NouLA Centre. If no Canadian candidates are presented, eligibility may extend to Black U.S. or international students who hold a master's degree from Canada.

Up to 10 awards of $30,000-$35,000 per year for four years (up to $35,000). The admission application is integrated with award consideration; contact your program or faculty for nomination details.
