Bissett Bursary Program

For recent high school graduates age 24 and under from Calgary and the surrounding area (within about one hour of city limits), with no prior post-secondary education, who demonstrate financial need, community involvement, career planning, and academic success. Current SAIT students are not eligible. Open to domestic applicants interested in a SAIT diploma, certificate, or pre-employment program (apprenticeship and degree programs are not eligible).

Covers full SAIT tuition and mandatory fees (including UPass, Student Association and Athletics memberships, and Student Health and Dental Coverage). Renewable for a second year if grades are maintained. Apply via the Bissett Bursary program application form; Fall 2026 deadline is June 22, 2026.
