Undergraduate nursing students in the UBC Faculty of Applied Science on the Vancouver campus may be considered. In addition to academic merit, selection weighs leadership, involvement in student affairs, extracurricular activities, or community service, with preference for students demonstrating financial need.
Individual awards are up to $4,000. Funding comes from H. David Currey (B.A.Sc. Agricultural Engineering, 1950), established in memory of his wife Birgit Currey and in honour of their daughter Ingrid.
