Bill Cormack Scholarships

Texas high school graduates entering as full-time freshmen at a Texas college or university and majoring in a music degree program leading to Texas teacher certification with music as the primary teaching field may apply for the Bill Cormack Scholarship.

The award is $3,000 per year for up to five years (one awarded annually). Submit the TMEA scholarship application with five references (including a primary ensemble director), a short essay on becoming a music educator, a professional resume, and a current academic transcript.
