BIE International Student Major Entrance Scholarship

For outstanding international students entering the Bachelor of International Economics (BIE) program at the UBC Vancouver School of Economics.

Scholarships valued up to $15,000 each recognize academic achievement and scholarly promise, with preference for students who demonstrate strong leadership and community involvement. With continued scholarship standing, awards renew for up to three additional years or until the BIE degree is completed, whichever comes first.

Awards are made on faculty recommendation by the Vancouver School of Economics; no separate student application is required.
