About this scholarship

Full-time high school, college, and trade-school students from San Diego County or attending school in San Diego who are pursuing careers in the building industry may apply for BIA CARES scholarships. Eligible paths include development, contracting, architecture, engineering, design, banking, planning, and related trades such as framing, plumbing, and electrical work.
