For a University of Calgary undergraduate Science student entering second, third, or fourth year who earns the highest standing in an elementary inorganic chemistry course. One prize of up to $1,300 is offered annually.
Students are considered through the Undergraduate Nominated competition for continuing students; no separate application is required. Friends, family, and colleagues of Bernice Dornan established the prize in honour of Dornan, a former technician in the Inorganic and Physical Chemistry teaching laboratories.
