Barbara Mikulec Prize in Education

Undergraduate students in the Faculty of Education at UBC's Vancouver campus are eligible for this prize. A $1,850 prize is offered to a student whose teaching practicum demonstrates success in teaching English as an Additional Language. There is no separate application; the award is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Education.

The prize was endowed by Barbara Mikulec, a 1969 graduate of UBC's Bachelor of Education (Elementary) program.
