About this scholarship
Outstanding graduate students in science or engineering preparing for water-sector careers may apply for AWWA's Larson Aquatic Research Support (LARS) scholarships, administered in memory of Dr. Thurston E. Larson.
Two awards are offered each year: $5,000 for a master's student and $7,000 for a doctoral student. Applicants should demonstrate strong academic achievement and potential in their field.
