Asa Johal Graduate Fellowship in Forestry

Open to a graduate student in the UBC Faculty of Forestry, selected based on scholarship and research potential.

The award is a $7,900 fellowship.

No separate application is required. The Faculty of Forestry recommends recipients in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

Funding comes from operation of the UBC Forest Nursery, made possible in part by a major contribution from Asa Johal, President of Terminal Forest Products Ltd.
