About this scholarship
Students entering an undergraduate program at UBC Vancouver directly from secondary school are eligible for this entrance scholarship.
The scholarship is $5,700, endowed by Dr. Norman Camerman (B.Sc. 1961, Ph.D. 1964) and his twin brother Arthur (also B.Sc. 1961, Ph.D. 1964) to honour their association with UBC. Both graduated from King Edward High School in Vancouver on full scholarships. Arthur Camerman (1939-2001) led his graduating class in Chemistry and had a distinguished career in medical research.
Candidates must be nominated by their secondary schools. Selection is primarily based on scholarly achievement.
