Arnold Webster Memorial Scholarship

Open to an outstanding UBC Vancouver student in Political Science.

The award is a $550 scholarship endowed by Mrs. Daisy Webster in memory of her husband, Arnold A. Webster (B.A. '22, M.A. '28). No separate application; recipients are chosen on department recommendation.

Webster taught and served as a principal in Vancouver secondary schools, sat on the UBC Senate and Vancouver Parks Board, led the Official Opposition in the B.C. Legislature, and served as a Member of Parliament.
