Laurentian University students entering any year of a program offered by the Department of French Studies who demonstrate financial need, are in good academic standing, and meet Ontario residency as defined by OSAP may apply.
The award is valued at $350. An application is required.
Established by the French Department to honour Andre Girouard's pioneering role from the university's founding in 1960 through his retirement in 1986.
