American and Canadian Slovak Scholarship and Research Bursary

Undergraduate or graduate History students at the University of Ottawa (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected/refugee persons, or international students) who demonstrate academic excellence and interest in Slovak history and culture may apply. External scholars who need access to the Slovak Archives for research may also apply.

The award amount varies. Students apply through Online Scholarships and Bursaries in uoZone with a letter of interest of at most 500 words by November 3. External applicants submit a résumé and research proposal to the Chair in Slovak History and Culture.
