Amanjit Payer Memorial Scholarship in Women's Volleyball

UBC Thunderbird Women's Volleyball student-athletes at the Vancouver campus who maintain good academic standing and exemplify courage and leadership may be considered.

One or more scholarships are offered, ranging from a minimum of $500 each up to the maximum allowable under athletic association regulations.

There is no separate application. The award is made on the recommendation of the Athletics Awards Committee.

The endowment was established by the family, friends, UBC Athletics, and teammates of Amanjit Payer in recognition of her passion and enthusiasm for women in sport. While attending UBC, Amanjit managed the Thunderbird Women's Volleyball team, where she enhanced the team's winning culture.
