Allen Allured Fellowship

Graduate food science students interested in confectionery research at Penn State may pursue the PMCA/Penn State Fellowship in Confectionery Research. The Allen Allured Fellowship is one of the program's named rotating memorial fellowships. Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree and preferably have some confectionery experience; the award amount varies.
