About this scholarship

First-time, full-time residential Alfred State freshmen who attended high school outside New York State and will live on campus may receive this grant with no separate application required.

The award is up to $7,500 per year based on financial need and funding availability. Preference goes to students accepted early in the admissions cycle. Maintain a 2.0 GPA, remain continuously enrolled full-time, and live on the Alfred or Wellsville campus.
