For continuing University of Calgary Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Doctor of Veterinary Medicine students in third or fourth year. One award is offered for year 3 and one for year 4. Selection considers academic merit, excellence in large-animal medicine, and interest in pursuing large-animal health as a career. Students of any citizenship or residency may be considered.
Two scholarships of up to $9,000 each are offered annually.
Students are considered through the Undergraduate Nominated awards process for continuing students.
