About this scholarship
The Alec Baldwin Drama Scholarship at NYU Tisch School of the Arts is an endowed fund created from Alec Baldwin's gifts to provide tuition assistance to drama students. Tisch awards a number of named donor scholarships each year to students deemed exceptionally talented who have demonstrated financial need, normally upon faculty recommendation for incoming and returning students. All first-year Tisch applicants file the CSS Profile for scholarship consideration and eligible students also file the FAFSA. There is no separate application for individual Tisch endowed scholarships; students are evaluated through the standard NYU financial aid process by published deadlines including February 1 for Regular Decision.
