Candidates must be Alberta residents who demonstrate financial need and academic achievement, attended their last year of high school in Alberta, and relocated more than 100 km to attend SAIT. Recipients must not hold a prior post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree.
One entrance award of $1,250 is granted for the Fall semester.

Funds women's health research scholars at the master's, doctoral, and postdoctoral levels. The program is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to attract and retain women's health scholars in Ontario. Award values and research allowances vary by level: master's awards are $25,000 plus a $1,000 research allowance; doctoral awards are $35,000 plus $2,000; postdoctoral awards are $50,000 plus $5,000.
