University of Victoria graduate students in the Department of Computer Science, the Department of Physics, or the Faculty of Engineering who demonstrate financial need. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents receiving maximum full-time government student loans and grants, and must maintain full-time graduate registration.
