About this scholarship
Students accepted for full-time enrollment at Johnson & Wales University in culinary arts, culinary nutrition, or baking and pastry arts may apply for one of two ACFEF scholarships.
Each scholarship is $2,500 per year for up to four years, applied directly to the student's institutional account. Applicants need a minimum 3.0 GPA and must intend to become a chef or pastry chef.
The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation awards these scholarships on a points-based application reviewed by a selection committee.

- High school senior graduating the same year as the application
- Acceptance to an institution with a culinary or pastry arts major
- Two letters of recommendation from culinary professionals or educators (family members ineligible)
- Competition documentation (letter or certificate from competition organizer or team coach)
- Volunteer verification (letter(s) from the event organizer)
- ACF involvement documentation (letter from a chapter representative or letter of attendance)
