A L Cochrane Scholarship

Newly admitted Victoria College (University of Toronto) students who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or Person of Colour) and are Canadian citizens or permanent residents may apply. Preference is given to students with financial need, Indigenous students, or those from Northern Ontario.

Up to two recipients each receive $5,000 per year for up to four years while maintaining good academic standing.
