A.D. Winspear Prize

For a University of Calgary Faculty of Arts undergraduate majoring in Greek and Roman Studies or Ancient and Medieval History and entering second, third, or fourth year. Students must be registered full-time but need not carry a full course load. Selection considers performance and interest in Greek and Roman classics. Students of any citizenship or residency may be considered.

One prize of up to $200 is offered annually.

Students are considered through the Undergraduate Nominated awards process for continuing students.

Established by friends of A.D. Winspear, a former professor of Classics, in his memory.
