4-H Youth in Action Awards

4-H members or recent alumni ages 14 to 19 who show community leadership and impact may apply to the Youth in Action program.

Four national award winners each receive a $5,000 scholarship paid to their college, trade school, or other advanced-learning institution, plus a year of media and professional development, national spokesperson opportunities, and related travel. All applicants receive storytelling and media training from National 4-H Council.

The program highlights 4-H youth who are making a difference in their communities and preparing for what comes next.
