Seneca College students from one of 32 Division's priority neighbourhoods (postal codes beginning with M6A or M2N) may apply. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons, Ontario residents with demonstrated financial need, and involved in community service or volunteering.
