About this scholarship
Southwestern College’s Nursing Full-Tuition Scholarship competition invites incoming first-year nursing students to compete for one of five full-tuition awards. Preferred applicants hold at least a three point seven cumulative high school GPA and an ACT composite of twenty-six or higher, or an equivalent SAT score, and must submit the competition application and admission materials by November fourth. Semi-finalists participate in an on-campus event November fifteenth including faculty introductions and group video activities, with optional tours of the William Newton Hospital Simulation Center. Five finalists complete virtual nursing faculty interviews the following week for full-tuition awards.
