U of T Scarborough Paramedicine supplementary form
Scarborough requires a Supplementary Application Form for its Paramedicine admission category. The form asks about activities showing leadership or learning, lived experiences, and why the applicant wants a career in paramedicine. The joint program also has separate non-academic conditions for the Centennial College portion beginning in second year; a strong SAF does not replace those requirements.

U of T Scarborough says the SAF must be the applicant's own work and explicitly prohibits generative AI such as ChatGPT from producing responses.
What to prepare
- 1Describe a situation in which you learned, helped others, or took responsibility, with an honest account of your own role.
- 2Connect an experience that shaped your interest in paramedicine to what you understand about the work, without inventing clinical experience.
- 3Use the lived-experience section to explain relevant context or growth rather than restating your activity list.
How to approach the writing
- Answer the live SAF sections in your own words and check each question before final submission.
- Read the published joint-program eligibility and later placement conditions separately from the writing task.
Before you submit
Scarborough lists January 15, 2027 for the university application. Your required SAF deadline appears in JOIN U of T after you apply; the program's separate non-academic and domestic eligibility conditions also need review.
