What to prepare
- 1Record activities with accurate responsibilities and a teacher, employer, or supervisor who could verify each one.
- 2Prepare brief evidence of what you did and learned outside class; the video questions are selected at random rather than published prompts to script.
- 3Check that your supporting documents and activity descriptions fit the engineering program you selected.
How to approach the writing
- Practice the video platform's sample questions to learn its timing and recording flow, not to memorize an answer.
- Set aside about 30 uninterrupted minutes with a webcam, microphone, and stable connection before starting the one-attempt profile.
Before you submit
The 2027 Engineering Supplemental Application deadline is January 15. The Personal Profile must be completed in one sitting; Toronto does not offer a redo after it starts.
