McMaster Integrated Business & Humanities 2027 supplement
McMaster's direct-entry Integrated Business & Humanities program requires a Kira Talent interview and a résumé, distinct from the optional Commerce written supplement. Applicants receive a Kira invitation after applying. The two-page résumé uses page one for the applicant's experience and page two for at least three references; it must be uploaded before starting the interview.

What to prepare
- 1Use the first résumé page to show concrete leadership, community or business experience and your own contribution.
- 2Choose at least three references who can speak to that experience and confirm their details before listing them on page two.
- 3Prepare to discuss why combining business and humanities fits your interests in ethical leadership, community engagement or social enterprise, while answering the live interview questions in your own words.
How to approach the writing
- Apply to the IBH program by its January 15, 2027 application deadline, then watch for the separate Kira invitation.
- Use McMaster's sample résumé template, upload the PDF before the video interview and verify Kira records both pieces as complete.
Before you submit
The IBH supplement is mandatory and due February 1, 2027. McMaster publishes the interview and résumé structure but does not publish universal live interview questions; check the Kira invitation and current sample résumé before starting.
