University of Alberta entrance scholarship application writing
University of Alberta uses one Awards Hub application to assess application-based entrance awards across academics, leadership, inclusion, and financial need. Applicants first apply for admission and wait for a CCID, which the university says can take two to three business days. The September 2027 entrance application runs October 1, 2026 through January 10, 2027. Admission-based awards are considered automatically and do not require this form.

- Keep the single entrance-award application separate from other awards with their own application processes.
Before you submit
Confirm the live portal's questions and eligibility before submitting by January 10, 2027. Transfer, professional, continuing, and separately administered awards have different routes or windows.
