Saint-Boniface multimedia motivation letter and portfolio
Applicants to Saint-Boniface's multimedia diploma write a lettre de motivation about their education, artistic and technical interests, reasons for choosing multimedia, and plans after the diploma. They also submit up to ten original works with descriptions and dates; collaborative work must identify their contribution. The related business concentration has its own programme choice and asks applicants to explain that choice in the letter.

What to prepare
- 1Introduce the experiences and skills that led you toward multimedia work, using one or two projects as evidence.
- 2Explain why the multimedia diploma, or its business concentration if that is your choice, fits the work you want to learn and create.
- 3Describe a realistic use for the diploma after graduation without repeating the portfolio's project captions.
How to approach the writing
- Write the letter for the exact programme selected in your admission application; the school does not publish a general word limit on this programme page.
- Select no more than ten original works and label each with its date, description, and your role when it was made with others.
Before you submit
The programme page lists a July 8 letter and portfolio deadline for applicants educated in Canada and May 15 for applicants educated outside Canada, without assigning those dates to a named year. Check the Fall 2027 portal checklist and your applicant category before emailing the materials to admissions@ustboniface.ca; include your application name in the email.
