Memorial's currently linked Bachelor of Social Work form requires four answers totaling no more than 1,000 words, plus a work, volunteer, and community experience table. The 2026–27 university calendar still describes a 500-word statement, so the published instructions conflict. The School's current form gives the questions applicants can actually complete; confirm which limit applies to your intake before submitting.

What to prepare

How to approach the writing
- Answer all four required form questions within 1,000 words total, not 1,000 words each. Keep the experience table separate from those answers.
- Record each relevant role's dates, hours, supervisor contact, and duties in the form's table; the form lists 60 hours for first-degree applicants and 300 for second-degree applicants by the deadline.
